NAAGU would create a Nation-side place for information to arrive with provenance, limits, and institutional context intact.
Planned Nation-side infrastructure
From Hidatsa náagu, V. 1. to go home · 2. to go back.
NAAGU is the direction through which Lone Fight Systems intends to create space for Indigenous Nations to receive, interpret, govern, and act on repatriation information on their own terms.
01
NAAGU would create a Nation-side place for information to arrive with provenance, limits, and institutional context intact.
02
Its design would leave room for Nations to understand records through their own authorities, relations, and knowledge practices.
03
The infrastructure would be shaped for locally determined control, access, refusal, and responsibility.
04
Future tools would support Nation-determined action without pretending that a platform can make the decision.
Complementary, not dependent
PAVA and NAAGU are complementary directions. PAVA can support durable institutional work on its own terms. NAAGU would create a distinct Nation-side space. Neither is presented as a substitute for the other, and neither is required to make the other useful.
